This document outlines the latest updates and enhancements to the WellStat platform, focused on expanding functionality, improving user experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key highlights in this release include:
New Performance Report Card tools for both building-level and portfolio-level demand response performance analysis.
A new Event Acknowledgement modal to enhance visibility and user awareness during active demand response events.
UI/UX improvements to customer-facing Event Performance screens.
LL88-compliant Tenant Billing enhancements for properties with Electric Rent Inclusion (ERI) leases.

1. Demand Response – Performance Report Card
Building-Level PDF Report Extraction
Users can now generate a performance report card for a specific building to analyze hourly performance during demand response events.
Navigation Path:
Building List Page > Search and Select Building > Demand Response > Performance Reports
Steps to Generate Report:
Select the desired date from the dropdown.
(Optional) Select a specific event.
Click Generate Performance Report.
Each report contains both chart and graph visualizations highlighting hourly performance metrics post-event.

Portfolio-Level PDF Report Extraction
Users can also generate performance reports across multiple buildings at the organizational level.
Navigation Path:
Portfolio Page > Performance Report Card
Steps to Generate Report:
Select the organization.
Select one or more buildings.
Choose the date(s).
(Optional) Select event(s).
Click Generate Performance Report.
Reports include charts and graphs summarizing the aggregated hourly response during selected events.

2. Demand Response – Event Acknowledgement
A new modal has been implemented to improve visibility and acknowledgement during active demand response events.
Key Functionality:
The modal triggers:
Upon first login during an active event
If already logged in, when an event becomes active
The modal blocks all user interactions until "Acknowledge" is clicked
Triggered once per event per user session
Works across all pages in the platform
3. Demand Response – UI/UX Revamp for Event Performance
A redesign is underway to enhance customer-facing screens related to event performance metrics.

New wireframes for event performance summaries
Updated layout for better data visualization and interaction
4. Tenant Billing – LL88 ERI Compliant Billing
In alignment with Local Law 88 (LL88) requirements, a new toggle allows for ERI-compliant tenant billing.
Key Functionality:
A new toggle: “Generate ERI Compliant Bills” under Tenant Billing.
When enabled, generates reports showing energy consumption only for tenants with Electric Rent Inclusion (ERI) leases.
