3. When can users view the Performance Report Card of a particular building? The users can view only after the Curtailment event has occurred.
4. Can users export both individual building reports and portfolio-wide reports?
Yes, users can generate PDFs for a single building as well as the entire portfolio.
5. Are there any limitations on the type of data shown in the Performance Report? The report reflects Demand Response event data, performance metrics, and energy reduction figures but does not include real-time consumption details.
6. Is there a limit to how many reports can be downloaded at once?
Currently, reports must be downloaded individually; batch download functionality will be considered in future enhancements.
7. Is the Performance Report available for all customers?
Yes, it is available for all WellStat.io customers participating in the Demand Response program.
8. Can a user generate reports for historical DR events?
Yes, reports can be generated for completed Demand Response events available within the platform's data retention window.
9. What is the difference between Building PDF and Portfolio PDF reports?

It is a pop-up modal that prompts users to acknowledge an active or upcoming Demand Response event upon login or while using the platform.
11. When does the Event Acknowledgement pop-up appear?
It appears when a user logs in during an active event or is already logged in when a new event becomes active.
12. Can users dismiss the pop-up without acknowledging it?
No, users must click "Acknowledge" to continue using the platform during an active event.
13. Does the Event Acknowledgement pop-up appear multiple times for the same event?
No, it triggers only once per event per user session.
14. Will this functionality be available for all customers?
Yes, the Event Acknowledgement feature is standard across all DR customers using WellStat.io.
Tenant Billing – LL88 ERI-Compliant Billing
15. What is LL88 reporting and why is it required?
LL88 is a New York local government regulation requiring building owners to provide energy consumption data to tenants under Electric Rent Inclusion (ERI) leases. It ensures transparency and supports energy efficiency initiatives.
16. What does the "Generate ERI Compliant Bills" toggle do?
When enabled, this option generates tenant bills that include energy consumption data only for tenants with ERI lease agreements, ensuring compliance with LL88 reporting standards.
17. Who can use this feature?
This feature is available to all building owners and operators using the Tenant Billing module in WellStat.io, provided they have tenants under ERI leases.
18. Will non-ERI tenants receive consumption data in their bills?
No. Only tenants with electric rent-inclusive agreements will see energy consumption data. Others will continue to receive standard billing formats.
