Why are my ENERGY STAR scores missing?

Missing Energy Star Scores

There are many reasons for not receiving an Energy Star score for a particular month. Often, the issue is a lack of in order to receive a score for a particular month, you must have 12 full months of history data (meter entries) for all fuels used by your building. For example, to receive a March 2015 score for a building with two Electricity meters and one Steam meter, you must have a complete set of meter entries spanning April 2014 - March 2015 for all three meters. Additionally, the meter entries must not contain any gaps or overlaps.
