If your having trouble with your Obvius Data Logger (AcquiLite/AquiSuite), please follow these few simple steps to help get data flowing again:
1. Make sure the data logger unit is still powered on. There should be a steady yellow light on the front if it's on.
2. Assuming it's on, check for any messages on the display face. If it says IP Error 19, 99 or similar, or Upload Failure, that means that the device is not connected to the internet. In that case, please unplug the internet cable, count to 20, and plug it back in.
3. When you plug the cable back in, you should get a quickly flashing green light on the face of the device, meaning that it is connected to the internet. It should start sending us data at that point. Since the device stores data, it will backfill any intervals that we are currently missing.
4. If that doesn't work, you might need to check the internet connection. To do that you can take a laptop to the meter, and then plug the internet cable directly into the laptop. If you are unable to connect to the internet at that point, then there is no longer internet service for that particular cable line. Send us a picture of the display on the data logger so we can try to determine the issue. At that point you might need to talk with your IT group.
